⇒ To access the Restoring Ishgard quest, you first need reach level 60 on any task in the game. This will give you access to Ishgard in the Heavensward expansion.
⇒ You will also need to complete the main story quest known as the Litany of Peace. First, go to the Foundation section of Ishgard and look for a job advertisement on the wall. It's very close to the Aethryte crystal.
⇒ You will then need to travel to the Firmament area and speak with NPC Augebert. Once you talk to him, you will learn about the Ishgard Restoration. You will now be able to take part in the Restoration of Ishgard in Final Fantasy XIV.
