An increase in this skill is more accomplished during a particular fisheries, however, as in other options, you can teach fishing and with the help of appropriate books. For fisheries you need to go to the water boss in the park and find the symbol with the image of the fish on it. Press it on it and select the option to "start fishing" - the SIM will start capturing, and together with this you are mastered the first level of this skill. The more clock you spend on fishing, the higher will be your level, not counting this you can learn more and more than large and expensive fish.
At the 3rd level, SIM will be able to apply fish bait (they can be almost all things: plants, pomonium gifts, other fish, etc.). Press the symbol and use the Fishing Fit Function, then pick something out of your sims. The fifth level allows you to predict your sims. Which variants of bait will be more effective in a specific area of the reservoir. Press the symbol and select the "Check Water" feature. The higher your own level of fishing, the more expensive and rarest fish you can catch. After that, they can be placed in the aquarium, take a picture and hang on the wall, or sell. Not counting the fish from time to time it turns out to catch the other things, for example, spare parts for repair work (will be needed by sims with the developed skill of mechanics).
