Unfortunately, the secrets are not kept, the game "forgets" that you found them after a while (now, as I write this guide, 02/15/2020).
There are times when one secret opens access to another, and in one case you need an object before you can reveal the secret, but I'll write it down where necessary.
Academy of Black Magic
Left side, close to where the level starts.
Close to the first secret, a little lower and further to the right.
Around the middle of the level
To the right and above of the latter, to clear this one, move the mouse across the blurred area until you see the sponge without clicking, the message here is "cleared" and not "unlocked".

Here, almost all of the secrets are in one vertical line, starting with the UFO.

You need to take the plush rat from the dumpster at the bottom of the level to the rat in the lab to activate the screen, then you can activate the secret
