Probably the best video game in its own style. Subsequently, with all the frankness of the failed "Truckers 3 - Conquest of America", I was already finished believing in this style. But the release of Euro Truck Simulator 2 forced me to rest and perseverance, which, by the way, were needed in anticipation of this game, the release of which was postponed many times. And finally, on October 19, 2012, the video game saw lighting. To be honest, I was expecting a video game on Steam, and I didn’t take a license, but downloaded a pirated one, and for almost 2 months I simply played without a break, so it dragged on. Despite the fact that the same "Prism 3D" is in the base, the game has a rather juicy picture, glorious truck control physics, quite realistic sounds of trucks, open support for user mods, which certainly provides a big plus for the video game.
Likewise, it is remarkable that the creators openly contact fans, listen to their eyes, and bring whatever configurations they recommend to the video game. Another many fundamental plus, unchanged add-ons that fix certain errors / lags that gamers have. Quite recently, the DLC - Going East! was released, which complements the solid terrain in Poland. The terrain in the update is made according to a real "live layout", exactly like the whole setting. Traveling around Europe, you can find local interesting places that in real life are exactly in exactly the same place as in the video game. Quite not so long ago, the creators introduced such an internship - the addition of the latest trucks. The original was Iveco Hi-Way, then Volvo FH16'2013, and not so long ago the newest DAF Euro 6 was announced, and please see that all this pleasure comes to us free of charge, in the form of patches.
Summing up, I want to formulate a huge gratitude to those people who had a hand in this video game. Yes, at first it was not perfect, not all trucks were licensed, but over time, the creators managed to find a common language with the giants, and they gave the go-ahead to license trucks, as a result of which we have 6 licensed brands of tractors. Which is certainly considered a huge plus, since driving a licensed truck is even more pleasant than sitting behind the wheel of some kind of Swift. The video game is being formed, other works from the creators have already been announced, but our army of fans will surf the expanses of Europe on their own tractors for many years to come.
