Concrete is quite useful. Whether you want to make it more urban, create a nice pavement, or lock your pets in a concrete tomb. This block is very useful. But how do we make concrete in Minecraft, and does it have any other uses? Here's how to make concrete in Minecraft.

How to make concrete and what it is used for in Minecraft

Concrete is formed when a particular powder comes into contact with water, either in a bucket or in a river. Concrete doesn't form through rain, so don't worry about leaving your concrete powder outside for any reason.

You can get concrete powder using dye, sand and gravel blocks in a 3x3 crafting grid. Choose the color you like because it will affect the corresponding concrete block when it hits the water.

Take a bucket of water or head to the nearest water spot in order to start making concrete. Once the water touches the gravel block, it will harden into proper concrete.

If you are unhappy with your placement of a concrete block, for example if you had to work it in a river way, it can be mined with a pickaxe. It won't leave any materials unless you hit it with a pickaxe, so always have one handy.

Concrete blocks can be very decorative. They are available in a nice array of bright colors and won't catch fire like wool. In addition, its hardness is slightly higher than stone, so it can be good for strengthening. However, it is important to note that it has a lower blast resistance.

Give your builds a more modern look, experiment with color, and try out concrete whenever you get the chance! Brighten up this tower of death, you know what you want.
