In this guide, we're going to look at some of the more useful console commands in CS:GO that require sv_cheats to be enabled.
Have you ever wondered what it's like to use cheats and hacks in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive? With the built-in sv_cheats commands you can experience Wallhack, no recoil and Godmode for yourself. However, there are currently no commands for "aimbot". However, we don't recommend you try it as you will end up getting banned by VAC if you decide to use the hacks one day. On the other hand, using the commands in this article on a server where sv_cheats is enabled will NOT result in a VAC ban. More on this later.
Sv_cheats commands are just a special type of console commands. To work, they require the server administrator to enable cheats. This can be done by setting the sv_cheats command to 1. Open a console and type:
sv_cheats 1Since this is a built-in feature in CS:GO, you will NOT be banned for using sv_cheats commands. I repeat, you will not get a VAC ban for using the sv_cheats 1 commands!
However, this is not the case if you download a hack somewhere that bypasses sv_cheats and enables it just for you. But if you haven't downloaded any program or hacked, you have nothing to worry about.
Entering commands on a random server won't result in a ban either, as they won't work. As mentioned earlier, only the server administrator can enable cheats.

How to enable sv_cheats commands
Before we start with commands and CVARS, you need to enable the sv_cheats commands. This is quite simple and can be done through the developer console.
- You must be a server administrator
- Open developer console (~)
- Type: sv_cheats 1
- The sv_cheats commands are now enabled, to disable again, type "sv_cheats 0" in the console.

| God | God 'mode. Makes you invincible. You won't take any damage at all. |

| clip | Allows you to fly and pass through any object. While noclipping you cannot die. |
| r_drawothermodels 2 | Visualization of player models in the form of a wireframe. You can see other players through walls (wireframe wallhack). Can be 0, 1, or 2. The default is 1. |
| mat_wireframe 2 | Visualization of models and tasks in the form of a wireframe. Works a bit like r_drawothermodels 2. You can see other players through walls (wireframe wallhack). Can be 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4. Default is 0. |
| enable_skeleton_draw 1 | Render model skeletons without other textures. You can see other players' skeletons through walls (e.g. a skeleton wall). Can be 0 or 1. Default is 0. |
| mat_fullright 3 | Visualization of walls and models in white. Can be 0, 1, 2, or 3. Default is 0. |
| mat_fillrate 1 | No flash (Asus Wallhack). Can be 0 or 1. Default is 0. |
| r_drawparticles 0 | no smoke Can be 0 or 1. Default is 1. |
| fog_override 1 | There is no fog. After using fog_override 1, you can use fog_enable 0. You can also type "fogui" to open the "fog" interface. |

| snd_show 1 + snd_visualize 1 | "ESP Sound". Shows a lot of information about sounds. The default is 0. |
