Once you know about the weaknesses, the next thing you need to worry about is getting all the elements (items) available to you

Elements will apply: Multiple sources of fire, wind, ice, and electrical attacks from the first set of demons you recruit. However, Light and Dark are slightly rarer than the other elements.

Where to find Mitama?

Two ways to detect Mitama:
