This step, which is the last step in the life of a Sim, comes with some restrictions. For example, such a character cannot conceive a baby. It's important to note that there is no retirement in The Sims 4: an elderly Sim can work until they die (and supplement their household budget). But it should be kept in mind that traditionally pensioners experience discomfort more often, for example, about tension. In the Simology panel (button [ Y ]), you can find out how much time the Sim will live. When the greenish stripe that marks the final step of his life reaches its end, he can only affirm his own doom.
