1. Clear the weakest camps to strengthen your team. The camp at the very bottom, which blocks the chest, is usually very difficult. You can skip it if it's too difficult for you. You can also look at the contents of the chest to see if it's worth trying.
2. Click on the yellow lever to clear all camps.
3. Pull the blue lever to activate all yellow levers again.
