1) Run the game (and patcher) as administrator, but first add the game (and patcher) to your firewall and antivirus exceptions list.
2) Try disabling your firewall and antivirus software. Because it can affect your connection to your system and block the game's internet connection.
3) Make sure your ISP, router and firewall are not blocking any of the following ports: 3002, 8125 (TCP protocol).
4) Add all our domain names to your firewall and antivirus trust list: 3dxchat.com, api.3dxchat.com
5) Add the IP addresses of our server to your firewall and antivirus trust list: 5.61.57.85
6) You can configure your network settings to use Google Public DNS. It is not so difficult. But remember that this will affect all internet activity, not just 3DXChat.
