CodTracker reports that in the files of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone, a reference was found to a set called Woods Operator Pack, which will be given for pre-order Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. As the name suggests, this set includes the character Woods from the original Call of Duty: Black Ops.
It's simple - in fact, Operator Woods is only available to those who pre-ordered the game. Also, these players have access to the "Combat Comrade" weapon skin.
