These fruits (which constantly increase your maximum energy) are easily confused with star fruits due to the name. You can only get them by achieving something serious, such as marrying someone, climbing to the 100th floor of a dungeon, gifting a sweet berry with a gem to a statue in the hidden forest, spending 2,000 Star Tokens at the Stardew Valley Fair in the fall, or buying one from Krobus in the sewers.
