I recently installed the Skaal Heavy Armor add-on and crafted a Skaal Rkazak +50 Carry Weight at the forge. Then I deleted the mod, because it became not interesting to play, but the buff remained.
So how to remove this bug, you ask the console or editing * ini? The answer will be unambiguous, of course, the console [~]. Here, for fans of cheats, you can infinitely increase the carry weight.
To fix the error, you need to call the console and enter the command:
player.setAV Encumbrance #
Where: # is a number, set the value you need and the bug will be fixed.

player.setav caryweignt [carry weight]
player.modav carryweight [number]
setav - until restart, and modav - forever. Moreover, the weight is added to the already existing one. For example, there was a carrying weight of 300, write player.modav carryweight 1000 and there will be a carrying weight of 1300.
