Divinity: Original Sin 2 divine is dead. The void is coming. And inside you wake up hitherto unknown forces. The battle for divinity has begun. Choose carefully who to believe: in these difficult times, darkness can lurk in every heart. Here's how to resurrect companions.
How to resurrect companions in Divinity: Original Sin 2?
At the beginning of the game, you can find resurrection scrolls all over the world. Scrolls can also be bought from merchants, with the very first ones appearing in Fort Joy. To resurrect a dead character, simply assign a resurrection scroll to the hotbar of any of your characters, click on it to activate, and then click on the character you want to revive. This will bring them back to life with 20% of their max HP. If you have enough scrolls, I recommend allowing each of the characters to carry one scroll in case you need an emergency resurrection in combat.
However, scrolls can be quite difficult to get, especially if you have to constantly resurrect dead characters. To avoid this, I also recommend a quick save before each fight so you can reload the file if something goes wrong. It's also entirely possible that one of your party or class members will be able to learn a permanent resurrection spell later in the game, but as of now, we haven't come across anything like that yet. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information on this.
That's all you need to know about how to resurrect companions in Divinity: Original Sin 2.
