Behind the ship is a small canyon with a pool that leads to a larger pool. You can swim in the water by holding to dive and swim down, resurface and swim up. Dive down and swim down to trigger the exploding crates and immediately resurface to destroy the crates below and collect the bolts, but don't swim for too long or Ratchet will drown when the oxygen sensor is completely depleted. Jump onto the grassy surface with the bolt handle and turn it to open the door, revealing a tunnel.
After jumping onto the rocky platforms in the tunnel, you will encounter amoeboids. These are small enemies that attack in melee, although inflicting larger amoeboids simply separates them into two smaller forms. They are best defeated with Combuster or Pyrocitor. After wiping them off, click forward to find a large puddle of water. Dive below and swim through the tunnel and then climb up at the other end. Here you can jump and fall to find yourself in another cave with more amoeboids. Once you've cleared them, look to the left to find a hidden area containing a set of holomaps. Use the Fusion Grenade to blow it up and claim your reward. This completes the mission.
To get back to your ship, head to the pool of water below at the end, then dive in and swim through the tunnel below. After exiting, press the green button to open the door and you will return to the starting area.
