When an Elemental Skills or Elemental Burst of a character wielding this weapon hits opponents, that character gains the Sigil of Remembrance.
This effect can trigger one time every 0.2 seconds and can trigger even if the specified character is not on the field.
When you have 4 Memory Seals, they will all be consumed and all nearby party members will gain Millennium Movement: Farewell Song for 12 seconds.
Millennium Movements: Song of Farewell increases Elemental Mastery by 100 and Attack by 20%.
