If you want to transfer the farm to another player and essentially make it the owner, then the bad news: This is currently not possible without significant game modification. Farms are stored on the owner's computer / console, all you do when you invite other players is to temporarily allow them to enter your world. In the game, even invited players are called "farm laborers." However, this means that the owner can enter their farm at any time, regardless of whether there are other players nearby.
