List of NPC characters, their locations and who they are *:

  • Burton [Central Park] (Remy).
  • Chef Haruo [Central City -> Cafe] (Boss Rald).
  • Hunter [Central city -> street] (Kovit).
  • Jacob [Morning Beach] (Okan).
  • Professor Keoni [M. Wood University] (Sota).
  • John [Hospital] (no).

* - Going from left to right, if you look at the picture below.

Achievement Guide

To get the achievement, you must make sure that:

Talk to each NPC character after you maximize your relationship with the main character.

For instance:

Talk to Hunter after you have a maximum relationship (5 dates) with Kovit.
or talk to Chef Haruno after meeting boss Rald 5 times.

Each NPC character will have a long conversation with you after you maximize your relationship with your favorite character.

Once you're done talking, you can cross the NPC off the list and take care of the other.

Information

You can maximize relationships with many characters in one game and then you can talk to many NPCs.

The trickier part of this achievement is John (the bandaged guy) ... You have to visit John in the hospital every day, starting from the first moment you can go to the hospital and talk to him (2 conversations each visit).

Okay, I'm not sure if you have to go every day, because he often has the same dialogue for several days, then disappears for a moment after some event and reappears. But it's better not to tempt fate and just visit him every day, talk to them twice and take care of your things.

After you visit him for a while and after Kovit is shot, you will finally get a longer conversation with him (this will count as an action and you will skip to the next day after speaking with him).

And this is how you unlock the achievement!
