To get the Cerberus mount in FFXIV, you need to complete the Savage version of the new Delubrum Reginae raid. Obviously this will be quite difficult.
First, you first need to unlock it. Then, after you have done this, you should have the resources to participate in the raid. To be more precise, this requires a full alliance of forty-eight players, Resistance rank 15, and 700,000 Courage. The Delubrum Reginae raid is a level 80 challenge so you know you and your friends are going to have to really roll up your sleeves.
