Requirements
You will need:
300 hp (I had 320);
Minimum 16 armor (20 or more is better) (I had 26 without regard to satiety);
Mini shark;
400-500 musket bullets (it can be better if necessary) (personally, I managed something for 300);
Small zelki pieces 10 (it could be better) (I had a stack somewhere (30));
Moonlord's legs (I found in hefty trees (in the Easter seed));
Red ball;
Boots of Hermes or sailboat, etc.;
Here is such a rather banal arena with bonfires
the longer the better (otherwise you will suffer like me). You can make more levels and still stick crystal hearts on the chain. My arena was designed for a player who has a red ball and moon lord legs.
Personally, I tried to knock out axes and craft for armor.

The fight
We run back and forth, shoot the eye. You can heal with a nurse up to phase 2 of the boss, also get hearts from the sixes of the boss. With the help of a hook, you can quickly accelerate (but I was confused). The longer the arena, the less you have to turn around and the less chance you get bitten.
