Find the food of the gods

Ambrosia in Immortals Fenyx Rising is food for the gods. To Phoenix, it tastes like a combination of summer and their first kiss rolled into one. But it's not just great - it's used to improve the Phoenix health bar! Be sure to take the time to collect Ambrosia as you travel the Golden Isles to help Phoenix defeat enemies, including legendary monsters.

Clash of the Rock is the first area of the islands to be visited by Phoenix. Collecting all the ambrosia in this area will give Phoenix a huge boost as they move to other parts of the islands. Here are all the Ambrosia locations in Clashing Rocks.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 1

Located on top of the statue of Hermes, the messenger of the gods. This Ambrosia sits on the hand holding the staff of Hermes. Phoenix will naturally meet this Ambrosia during the main quest "Stranger's Shore".

While you're here, be sure to use the Phoenix's far gaze to scan and mark the locations of other Ambrosia on your map!

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 2

In the westernmost part of Clashing Rocks, there is a group of tall stone columns sticking out of the water. The northernmost of these pillars contains Ambrosia, which you can harvest. However, the column is very steep and there are not many places to rest on it. It is advised to increase your stamina or take lots of blue mushrooms with you before trying to climb.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 3

There is a small bubbling pool south of Greater Lyra. Dive into the center of the pool to collect this ambrosia.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 4

Like the previous one, this ambrosia is under water. South of the Broken Bridge, among a group of rocks and small islands, is a shipwreck that is split in half. Dive into the water between the two shipwreck halves to find this ambrosia located at the bottom of the ocean.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 5

Start again at the Broken Bridge. This time, head north to a small rock that you can climb. At the top of this cliff, you can find Ambrosia, but be careful: she is guarded by two Boar enemies who will attack you if you try to take him. Either defeat them or avoid them to make this Ambrosia yours.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 6

Not far from the center of the largest island is an abandoned sports track where Phoenix can perform a navigation test. To the southeast, overlooking the sports track, is a cliff with Ambrosia on top. Like the previous Ambrosia, this one is guarded by enemies, in this case birds. Defeat or avoid them to collect Ambrosia, and don't forget to grab nearby healing grenades if your health needs recharging.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 7

On the mountain north of the track and just beyond the Broken Bridge is a cluster of abandoned buildings, including what was once a granary tower. Climb this tower and look inside the very top to find this Ambrosia.

Clashing Rocks Ambrosia # 8

The last Ambrosia in this area is at the temple at the northern end of the Clashing Rocks - the same temple that houses one of the Lesser Lears in the area. Along the edges of the temple there is a narrow colonnade. Climb to the top of this colonnade and go around the edge of it until you find ambrosia and get it.

That's all Ambrosia is in the Clashing Rocks of Immortals Fenyx Rising! Hopefully this will help you increase Phoenix's health as you embark on your epic journey to defeat Typhon and save the gods.
