Players start Subnautica: Below Zero without any vehicles. Here's how to build a Seatruck to quickly and easily navigate the waters of planet 4546B.
Subnautica: Below Zero is a game centered around adventure on a planet called 4546B. Planet 4546B is a cool water planet with a huge underwater world to explore. While players can explore it by swimming or using a sea glide, there are more efficient ways to navigate 4546B's icy waters. One of the best transportation options in Subnautica: Below Zero is the Seatruck. This guide describes how to build it.
The Seatruck allows players to navigate the alien planet's watery landscape with ease. Seatruck not only allows players to move faster in the water, but also supplies the player with oxygen while they are in it. While the Seatruck has many advantages, players should keep in mind that it requires energy derived from energy cells, so it's important to have them on hand when using a submersible vehicle.
Before building the Seatruck, players must find three vehicle fragments to unlock the Seatruck cab blueprint. Fragments can be easily found within minutes. Starting from where the capsule fell, swim about 400 meters directly south of it. At about 400 meters, players should see thermal spiers below them in the water. Drop into the water below and walk around the Thermal Spires in a counterclockwise circle. Fragments of Sythrac will be located close to each other. The fragments appear to appear at a depth of about 100 meters, but depending on where they spawn, they may be at different depths.

Once players have found all three Seatruck fragments, they will be ready to start crafting the items needed to build the Seatruck cabin. Players must first use the fabricator to create a mobile vehicle bay. The mobile vehicle compartment is created by combining a titanium ingot, lubricant, and a computer chip. After crafting a mobile vehicle bay, players can launch the bay into the water. The mobile vehicle bay will float to the surface of the water, and players can sit in it and build vehicles. Open the Mobile Vehicle Bay menu, go to the "Vehicle" tab and build a Seatruck using a titanium ingot, an advanced wiring kit, two glasses, three leads and a power cell.
The Seatruck's cockpit is not the only module players can build for the vehicle. Six more modules can be attached to the cab. Each module provides players with a new function for the submarine. The aquarium module catches nearby fish, the docking module allows you to dock a shrimp suit, the fabricator module contains a fabricator, the sleeper module has a bed and jukebox, the storage module has five storage containers, and the teleportation module has a tool that allows players to teleport back to the Seatruck. Combining all the modules together creates a massive, bus-like submarine capable of traveling planet 4546B in style.
