Player personality guide. I've been wanting someone to publish this guide for a long time, and finally gave up and did it myself! A player's personality affects almost every area of the game, from how he plays in matches to training, whether he asks for a bigger contract or drinks before a match. This guide is meant to help you figure out hidden player stats so you can decide whether to sign them, keep them, or let them go. For more information, you should take a look at both personality and media style and compare the information below. You can also get clues about a player's personality from other areas of the game, such as the scout's report, their social group, and body language, both during matches and in team conversations. If you take notes on the personality of players throughout their careers, you may be able to develop and even better understand their core traits. For example, a player with an ambition of 18 and a loyalty of 5 might be described as fickle. However, if through mentoring you increase his resolve to 17 or more, he will become manageable. This will mean that you will lose his loyalty information from the Fickle handle. However, with a note, you know that it can still be quite low. Leader, Temperament, Professional, and Purposefulness (in that order) tend to win over any other personality types, so they can hide other personality traits the player might have.
