How to find unique mushrooms for the Fungal Disorders quest in Monster Hunter Rise?
The easiest way to find these mushrooms is to visit the green quest markers that lead to nodes "Mushroom Colony".
During this quest, you will find that each mushroom colony will drop two unique mushrooms.

If you don't have quest markers active, you can view their position by selecting the fungus colony filter in the Special Items options in the Icon List Selection.
The red squares are the places where you can find them. Some of the red squares overlap as these places have clusters of mushroom colonies next to each other.
Most of them are located in the center of the Sanctuary Ruins map.
Actions ⇒You need to climb up the right side of the shrine ruins in Zone 7 and then left to Zone 8.
Between zones 8 and 7 there is a small path leading to the middle of the map.
You will find some mushrooms by following the left or right path when you get to this location on the map.
