Editing the engine settings file

Next, I provide a list of settings that you need to add to the engine settings file. For me (Windows 10 64-bit) this file is in the following path:
C:Users[username]AppDataLocalIndianaSavedConfigWindowsNoEditorEngine.ini

Add this after all lines in the file:
[/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0
r.MotionBlur.Max=0
r.MotionBlurQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.MotionBlur=0
r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.Tonemapper.Quality=0
r.LensFlareQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.LensFlare=0
r.DefaultFeature.Bloom=0
r.BloomQuality=0

After adding the lines above, your file should look something like this:
