How to get wood core in Valheim?
Walheim is not an easy game and players will have to constantly look for better resources to produce stronger items, weapons, tools and housing. Resources are tiered, and after players get comfortable with the game and gather wood from the meadows, they will need to start harvesting the second tier, called base wood. This will unlock many new recipes that can be crafted at the upgraded workbench.
Unfortunately, finding the heartwood means exploring the map, which is a daunting prospect. Players will need to find a biome called the Black Forest, which is a dangerous place to walk. The only way to find the biome is to search for it, although it usually spawns to the northeast of the original spawn.
