Where to get spells in King's Bounty II?
All spell scrolls that can be obtained by simply stumbling upon them can be found both on their own and inside chests, barrels and other desired containers. It's important to note that all looted containers and items will have a golden glow around them, which should make most of them fairly easy to spot in most places. Fortunately, if the player loses sight of something, their map will graciously mark the places where found, but not yet plundered containers appear.
By far the best source of spell scrolls in the first big part of King's Bounty 2 is the trader Sargonius, who can be found in the Crown Lands not far from where you enter the region across the bridge from the king's castle.
