How to join multiplayer in Green Hell
Joining someone in a co-op game is very simple. Find the "Multiplayer" tab in the main menu. Once you open it, you will be able to choose between joining an existing game or creating a new one. You also have to remember that there is no story campaign in this mode.
If you choose to create a game, you will immediately go to the settings panel. There are three game modes available in Green Hell:
- Public - visible to every user
- Only for friends - visible only to friends on Steam
- Only invitees - in this case, you can choose the people who can join the game.
Then you also have to choose the difficulty level. You can choose any difficulty level, except for the most difficult one - "Green Hell", which contains the mechanics of permadeath. You can also customize the game conditions as you wish.
Green Hell and Steam Remote Play Together
Creepy Jar does not support Remote Play Together. This means that everyone should have their own copy of the game. However, when you choose to join an existing game, you will be taken to a selection panel with a list of available hosts. To enter this game, you must select one of them.
You should also remember that the creator of a given game can choose who is on the server. This means that you may be excluded from the game. Also, if you created the game yourself, you can remove other people from it.
