The Division 2 Washington is on the brink of disaster. Our society is threatened by lawlessness and instability, and rumors of a coup in the Capitol only contribute to chaos. We desperately need every active agent of the Division - only with them we can save the city before it's too late. Here's how to upgrade weapons.
How to level up weapons in The Division 2?
In order to upgrade a weapon, you need to own the exotic weapon you want to upgrade. Exotic weapons must have a Gear Score below 500. You must have the correct blueprint for the exotic weapon.
Note that there is no blueprint for Sweet Dream - the weapon cannot be upgraded to GS 500. You need one component to craft an exotic and any other materials listed in the blueprint. These components can be obtained by deconstructing other exotic weapons. As a result of deconstruction, you will receive two exotic crafting components.
Exotic weapons will be upgraded to the same level as the crafting station - you can check their current level by looking at the blueprint of any weapon in the station's crafting menu.
That's all you need to know about how to modify weapons in The Division 2.
